We will liaise with your previous bookkeeper or internal staff to obtain all the relevant information needed to keep things running consistently and smoothly within the organisation. The Handover process is a very important aspect of our engagement with you, and it’s also a complimentary service that we offer to our new clients.



Communication depending on the level of service you need, we are able to offer regular communication through email, phone, Skype or scheduled face-to-face meetings. These meetings can be weekly, monthly or quarterly depending on your requirements. We are accessible and prompt at getting in touch with you – we know your time is valuable.


Source Documents

Source documents are shared in a number of ways: electronically through email and scanned files, pre-paid postage packs (complimentary, addressed and tracked) or shoebox pick-up (if local). The choice is yours!


Your Accountant

We produce and communicate your information to your Accountant in such a way that makes things easy for them to prepare your end of year financials. This will not only make things easy at year end, but will also free up your time to concentrate on other things!
